During the 1st T20I against Afghanistan at Mohali on Thursday, India’s captain, Rohit Sharma, expressed frustration and got angry after being unfortunately run out. In pursuit of a target of 159, Rohit aimed to provide a strong start but saw his innings cut short, getting out for a duck.
Dancing down the track, Rohit struck the ball to mid-off, initiating a run without realizing that Shubman Gill at the non-striker’s end was not attentive. Consequently, Rohit found himself stranded and was run out.
