Sunil Gavaskar Wants Strict Actions On Virat Kohli And Gautam Gambhir Fight.

In the match between the Lucknow Super Giants(LSG) and the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) at Ekana Stadium, there was an altercation between former India cricketer Gautam Gambhir and current star Virat Kohli. The incident escalated to the point where both players were charged with Level 2 offenses by the IPL organizing committee.

In the aftermath of this incident, former India cricketer Sunil Gavaskar has expressed his concern over the effectiveness of monetary fines as a deterrent for players like Kohli, who earn significant amounts of money playing in the Indian Premier League. Gavaskar has called for the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) to adopt stricter measures to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.

Sunil Gavaskar said “So, my point, do something which will make sure, these things don’t happen again. If it has to you know, like it happened with Harbhajan and Sreesanth 10 years ago, that you have to ask them to maybe step aside for a couple of matches.
