“MS Dhoni could take over the coaching role in Indian Team” Says Sunil Gavaskar.

Former Indian cricketer Sunil Gavaskar has expressed his belief that MS Dhoni, should consider taking up the role of coaching the Indian team in the near future. Currently, Dhoni is playing in the 16th edition of the Indian Premier League, and while there have been rumors about his retirement at the end of the season, but nothing has been confirmed yet.

Sunil Gavaskar said “MS Dhoni could take over the coaching role in Indian Team little bit later. I think that is how it should be. I do believe that you need a little bit of cooling off period before you take any assignment with the team.

 Gavaskar wants him to take up the job after a couple of years because the decisions he will be making will revolve around players he has played with.
