“My teammates are my bros, can call them anytime”,Yuzvendra Chahal on bonding with Kohli, Dhoni, Rohit and Samson.

Yuzvendra Chahal, the leg-spinner for Team India, holds his close teammates like MS Dhoni, Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, and Sanju Samson in high regard, referring to them as his “bros.” Chahal expressed that he shares a strong bond with these players and can reach out to them at any time of the day to discuss any matter that may arise.

Throughout his career, Chahal has had the opportunity to play under the captaincy of both Kohli and Rohit, while Dhoni, as a senior player in the Indian team, has also acted as a mentor to him. Additionally, Chahal has developed a close relationship with Samson, his captain at the Rajasthan Royals (RR) franchise in the Indian Premier League (IPL).

During a conversation on Ranveer Allahbadia’s YouTube channel, Chahal openly discussed his camaraderie with his teammates.

Chahal said “My teammates are my bros. Mahi bhai, Virat bhaiyya, Rohit bhaiyya or Sanju – there are so many people, I can call them anytime and tell them that I have this particular problem and want to discuss it. There are always ready to hear me out.”

. He emphasized that there are certain topics and matters that he feels comfortable discussing with his close friends from the cricketing world but may not feel the same level of openness with his wife, adding more on saying “We spend so much time with each other. If we are together for a month, then it becomes like a family. I think you don’t discuss thing as openly with you family as you do with your teammates. We discuss about personal lives, future plans, and so on. I am not able to discuss some things with my wife as well. I am trying, but it has happened 5-10 percent.”
