All About Women’s IPL (WIPL)

BCCI has announced a women IPL in which 5 Teams Gujarat Giants, RCB Woman’s ,Delhi Capital Woman’s ,Lucknow , MI Woman’s  will compete .The inaugural edition of the tournament will be played from 4th March to 26th March in Mumbai. In each match a team may include a maximum of five overseas players in the playing 11. WIPL Auction will take place on 13th February in which 409 players will go under hammer at the WPL auction – 246 Indians and 163 overseas players. The base price of an uncapped player at the first auction will be between ₹10 lakh and ₹20 lakh For capped players it will be between ₹30 lakh and ₹50 lakh.
