The match, which took place on a Friday, saw an impressive performance by David Warner, who scored 163 runs off 124 balls, and Mitchell Marsh, who contributed 121 runs off 108 deliveries. These strong individual performances allowed Australia to set a challenging target of 367 for 9 in their allotted 50 overs, having been given the opportunity to bat first.

Despite facing the challenge of Shaheen Afridi, who claimed five wickets for 54 runs, the Pat Cummins-led Australian team managed to post a formidable total.
