Wicketkeeper-batter Rishabh Pant, who had encountered a near-fatal car accident on December 30, 2022, has shown significant improvement in his rehabilitation. The 25-year-old has resumed batting and wicketkeeping in the nets. A carefully tailored fitness program, focusing on strength, flexibility, and running, has been designed to aid his recovery.
Additionally, star batters KL Rahul and Shreyas Iyer have also resumed batting practice in the nets. They are currently undergoing strength and fitness drills to expedite their return to full form.
