Former Indian fast bowler, Karsan Ghavri, recently made noteworthy comments regarding Prithvi Shaw’s performance in the IPL 2023, which has been rather disappointing. Ghavri compared Shaw’s struggles to the remarkable form displayed by Shubman Gill, who has been a key player for the defending champions, Gujarat Titans, in the 16th edition of the tournament.

Karsan Ghavri said “They were in the same team that won the U-19 World Cup in 2018, right? Today where is Prithvi Shaw, and where is Shubman Gill? They are in two different categories. You need to constantly work on yourself. You are required to occupy the crease, and if you do that, you are bound to get more runs,”
