Captain Rohit Sharma And Coach Rahul Dravid Wanted Rahane To Be Part Of WTC Squad.

The squad for World Test Championship has been announced and the breaking thing is return of Ajinkya Rahane to the Test site after 17 months. As he was dropped due to terrible form.

According to some reports Rohit & Dravid were very keen to have Rahane in the WTC final for his experience – both management & selectors were in talks with his name as injury for few players & lack of options.

WTC final will be held at Oval England. India will be playing Australia in the final of the ICC Senior Men’s tournament after 20 long years. WTC final will be played on June 7th 2023
