England’s Test captain, Ben Stokes, provided an update on his knee surgery on December 8. Sharing a photo on his Instagram story, the star all-rounder assured fans that he is doing well despite stitches and bruises on his knees. Stokes mentioned in his social media post, “Bruising will always make its way down yeah? I’m fine btw it’s normal.”

For those unfamiliar, Stokes opted out of the 2024 Indian Premier League season to manage his workload. Despite this, he is set to participate in the upcoming five-match Test series in India and the 2024 T20 World Cup in the USA and West Indies.
