Since his return from injury, KL Rahul has showcased remarkable form, leaving a lasting impact in recent matches. He demonstrated his prowess with a stunning century against Pakistan on Monday, followed by a valuable contribution of 39 runs against Sri Lanka on Tuesday. Rahul’s seamless transition back into action has been a positive sign for the national team as they prepare for the Asia Cup final and the upcoming ODI World Cup.

Former cricketer Harbhajan Singh showered praise on the 31-year-old, commending his incredible performances. Singh noted that Rahul’s run-scoring has been sublime and likened his batting to that of a different pitch altogether. Notably, the pitch in the recent game heavily favored spinners, posing challenges for Indian batters. However, Rahul’s ability to play his natural game allowed India to post a competitive total of 213 runs, ultimately contributing to their 41-run victory in Colombo.
