“Play us wherever you want, we will beat you”, Harbhajan Singh’s responds to Najam Sethi for calling ‘India afraid of Pakistan’.

Former India spinner Harbhajan Singh has criticized former Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Najam Sethi for his remark about India being scared to play Pakistan. Sethi had suggested that India’s reluctance to change the venue from Colombo to Hambantota for their upcoming Super 4 game was due to fear. Harbhajan Singh responded by questioning Sethi’s statement and stating that India is ready to face Pakistan anywhere.

The weather in Colombo has raised concerns, as there is a forecast of a 90% chance of rain throughout the match. This prompted Sethi’s comment, which did not sit well with Harbhajan Singh, who humorously asked Sethi what he was smoking these days. He confidently stated that India will beat Pakistan no matter where they play.

Harbhajan Singh said “Don’t know what Najam Sethi is smoking nowadays. He says, India does not want to play Pakistan because India is scared. India is never scared to play anyone. Don’t know where this is coming from. They needed to sit with the Asian Cricket Council and see where the tournament is going to be held. Whether the weather forecast was right or not. Boss, come and play us wherever you want, we will beat you.โ€
