Reports: T20 World Cup 2024 India vs Pakistan set for June 9 in New York, final to be played in Barbados.
India is set to compete in Group A of the 2024 T20 World Cup against Pakistan, the USA, Canada, and Ireland, as reported by The Telegraph. The tournament, co-hosted by the USA and the West Indies from June 4 to 20, will feature twenty teams divided into four groups.
The top two teams from each group will advance to the Super-Eight stage, with pre-determined draws based on rankings. For instance, if England secures a top spot in Group A, they will be designated ‘B1,’ determining their three opponents. England and Australia share Group B, with matches in the Caribbean, while Group A contests will all take place in the USA.

Reports suggest India will start their campaign on June 4 against Ireland and face Pakistan on June 9 in New York. Super-Eight matches are likely to be held in Barbados, potentially hosting the tournament’s final.
