Shubman Gill Calls Virat Kohli His “Idol” After Maiden Century In IPL.

Gujarat Titans’ (GT) opener Shubman Gill achieved a remarkable feat against Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. Gill played an outstanding innings, scoring his first IPL century and contributing significantly to GT’s final score of 188 runs in 20 overs. His impressive knock of 101 runs came off just 58 deliveries and included 13 boundaries and a maximum.

Gil in the post match interview with Star Sports was asked about his cricket idol, Gill said “When I was 12-13 years old I followed Virat Kohli bhai the most, he has been my idol since I started understanding cricket. I learned a lot from Virat bhai. His batting & passion & commitment motivates me,”
