Sourav Ganguly Says ‘India vs Australia is a better game than India vs Pakistan…’: Ahead Of World Cup 2023.

The schedule for the 2023 World Cup was recently announced, revealing that India will commence their campaign against Australia on October 8. Led by Rohit Sharma, the Indian team has set their sights on breaking their decade-long drought of ICC trophies at their home World Cup. This edition marks the first time India will host the entire tournament. The last time India secured an ICC title was in 2013 when Mahendra Singh Dhoni captained the team to victory in the Champions Trophy. Interestingly, it was also under Dhoni’s leadership that India triumphed in the 2011 World Cup.

One of the most highly anticipated matches of the tournament is the clash between India and Pakistan, scheduled for October 15 at the renowned Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. This fixture between the arch-rivals is expected to generate immense excitement. However, former India captain Sourav Ganguly believes that the encounters between these two teams have not produced high-quality performances in recent years

Sourav Ganguly said “There is a lot of hype in this match but the quality has not been that good for a long time because India kept on winning one-sided. Pakistan probably defeated India for the first time in the T20 World Cup in Dubai,”
