Team India and Mumbai Indians (MI) wicket-keeper batter Ishan Kishan recently participated in a rigorous workout session at the gym alongside Hardik Pandya.
Kishan, who last appeared on the field during the T20I series against Australia in November last year, took a break from the South Africa T20I series in December due to mental fatigue, and subsequently, he was not considered for selection in the series against Afghanistan and England
Despite this, Kishan shared a workout reel on his official Instagram handle, featuring himself and MI captain Hardik Pandya.

However, despite the Board of Control for Cricket in India’s (BCCI) advice for fit players not on national duty to participate in Ranji Trophy matches, Ishan Kishan was absent from Jharkhand’s match in the elite domestic tournament.
