Indian wicketkeeper-batsman Sanju Samson achieved his maiden international century during the third ODI against South Africa at Paarlโ€™s Boland Park. Stepping in early after debutant Rajat Patidarโ€™s departure at 22, Samson anchored one end on a challenging pitch.

Despite a slow beginning, he accelerated, reaching his half-century in 66 balls. Partnering with Tilak Varma, Samson gained confidence, contributing to a 116-run partnership for the Rajasthan Royals, consistently finding boundaries.

Following Varmaโ€™s dismissal, Samson intensified his scoring, completing his century in the 44th over, marking the milestone with a bicep flex.
