With just days remaining until the commencement of the 17th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL), players are now assembling at their respective franchise camps, including former India and Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) captain, Virat Kohli.
As RCB prepares to face off against defending champions Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the IPL 2024 opener, glimpses of Kohli’s training sessions at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium, alongside his teammates, have surfaced on social media.
Currently, the RCB squad is undergoing rigorous training in Bengaluru, with plans to travel to Chennai following the RCB Unbox Event, slated for Tuesday, March 19. Kohli, who took time off from international cricket following the birth of his son Akaay, is set to make his much-anticipated return to competitive cricket in the upcoming IPL season.

A user on social media platform X (formerly Twitter), Kohli can be seen actively participating in fielding drills. Joining him is Australian all-rounder Cameron Green, who was acquired by RCB from Mumbai Indians for the 2024 season.
